 The first treat I will introduce in this blog is this one that I love the most.

Packaging & Origin of the name

According to the official website, the name seems to be "Black" because of the black cocoa look, followed by "Thunder" like a hero. Cool!

It tastes more bitter than regular chocolate bars, so both the name and the packaging are a cool line.

It says on the package

• おいしさイナズマ級！: Deliciousness lightning class!
   -That's exactly right. It is lightning-quick, numbingly delicious😏
• 圧倒的ザクザク感！: Overwhelmingly zesty!
  -This chocolate bar has a zesty texture with a larger cookie inside.

I also love this exaggerated and appropriate feeling😂

Feature

As you can see, it feels a bit small.

That's not surprising, since this candy is also famous for being very cheap. And what a bargain, this one costs only 30 yen!

You can always find them in convenience stores and supermarkets in Japan. 

It is very satisfying for the price. I have even eaten them instead of lunch (not healthy, of course). 

This is cheap, tasty, and available everywhere.

The dough is made from cocoa cookies and regular cookies and covered in chocolate. Contrary to appearances, the cookie portion seems to be larger than the chocolate.

The sweetness is average for a Japanese snack, but compared to foreign chocolate bars, it may seem like dark chocolate.

This candy comes in many different shapes, flavors and varieties. Many seasonal flavors are also available each year. I will introduce them again.
